The Heptalytics assistant – our Web Application – was designed in conjunction with anti-fraud and compliance operators, and trainers from the Centre de la Formation des Professions Bancaires (CFPB). Feedback from our first deployments shows a strong gain in productivity – from 50 to 70% – depending on the organization and tools already in place. The productivity gain is mainly due to the elimination of duplicate alerts, and to the summary drawn up at account level, which makes it possible, if necessary, to draw up suspicious transaction reports directly. The tool is easy to use, and facilitates decision-making on which cases to prioritize.
Unlike other tools, we don’t offer an anti-fraud framework to build your own system. Our data science team, specialized in the fight against payment fraud, implements the Heptalytics solution directly in your context.
The performance of the solution is measured continuously, by comparing the scoring proposal with the confirmation returned by operations within the Heptalytics assistant.
Our architecture meets the highest security standards: data stored in France, replicated, encrypted at rest, HSM for API secrets.
Platform access subject to MFA with regular password change policy.
Network (HTTPS / Firewall – VPN Ipsec for WebApp), rights management specific to the application execution context.
As a service provider for financial entities, and a subcontractor for data processing under the responsibility of financial entities, Heptalytics is fully compliant with EU DORA directives.
Some of our customers have already deployed an authorization engine for card transactions. These authorization engines use fairly simple rule sets and return a response in a few milliseconds to authorize or refuse a transaction.
The Heptalytics approach is complementary, as it is situated at the account monitoring level, and enables us to identify suspicious behavior that does not give rise to alerts from the authorization engines.
Heptalytics is aimed at all payment operators: fintechs, PSANs, payment institutions, gaming operators, marketplaces, public authorities and banks.
As soon as a payment operator manages payment flows, our solution provides security in the fight against fraud.
